This company is fantastic! I own a liquor store in Connecticut and my cooler stopped functioning on a Thursday. They immediately sourced two new condensers and are tonight Wednesday ( less than a week later with a normal lead time of 3 weeks for new units) FULLY operational! I cannot thank them enough and will recommend them to anyone!

1/18/18 - My geo-thermal heating system that had been installed was not heating the pool house. Couldn't find anyone in CT who knew how to service this system. Called many plumbers and they were not interested in learning or servicing this equipment. Called Berkshire who installed the system as a favor to the contractor, and they said that they could service it. They schedule an appointment, came over when they said they were, and did the service and the unit is working fine. The people were responsive especially Ida and Bobby. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great company to work with and very responsive. Taylor was awesome and did a very thorough cleaning of our ice maker.

Used their walk-in cooler for our Annual Clam Bake. Bob, delivered and hooked it up and made sure it was running before he left. Very prompt and professional. Will continue to use them for future Bakes. DIDN'T have to worry about cooler once, like some of the other ones we have rented. That is very important to us. Very clean units and step supplied to enter right height and platform excellent.

I've used Berkshire refrigeration since 1989, Bobby and his guys are the best.. When you call them for an emergency, they treat it like a emergency for you, they understand the urgency of having your refrigeration working. Bobby has helped me open 6 restaurants. He's the best.

Great and long standing company! They take pride in their work. The women in the front office are pleasant and helpful and the owner Bob works very hard to make sure all of his customers are satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone with commercial equipment who wants the job done right by a company who really cares about you and your business.
